1. Who we are
Dripo is a marketplace that connects people in Nepal to buy and sell pre-loved fashion. We provide the platform, tools, and delivery coordination — we are not the seller of items listed by users.
2. Using Dripo
You must be at least 16 years old to use Dripo, and you agree to provide accurate information when you join the waitlist or create an account. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure.
3. Buying and selling
- Sellers must describe items honestly, including condition and any flaws, and only list items they own and are legally allowed to sell.
- Buyers agree to pay for items they commit to purchase, using cash on delivery or digital payment.
- Prohibited items include counterfeits, stolen goods, and anything illegal to sell in Nepal.
4. Payments and fees
Listing on Dripo is free. A small service fee applies only when an item sells, and sellers always see their payout before listing. Prices are shown in Nepali Rupees (Rs.).
5. Delivery
Dripo coordinates pickup and delivery for items sold on the platform. You'll be able to track your order and receive it at your chosen address.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse Dripo: no fraud, harassment, spam, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or harm the community.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and listings you post, but you grant Dripo permission to display them on the platform to operate and promote the service.
8. Disclaimers
Dripo is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep the marketplace safe and reliable, we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as Dripo grows. We'll post the updated date here, and continued use of Dripo means you accept the changes.
