- Order information — what you buy or sell, delivery addresses, and how you choose to pay (cash on delivery or digital).
- Usage information — basic device and app data we use to keep Dripo running smoothly and secure.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- run the marketplace and complete orders between buyers and sellers;
- coordinate pickup and delivery;
- notify you about your waitlist spot, your orders, and our launch;
- prevent fraud and keep the community safe; and
- improve how Dripo works.
How we share information
We only share what's needed to run the service — for example, sharing delivery details with our logistics partners, or a buyer's order with the relevant seller. We use trusted service providers (such as email and hosting) under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
For cash on delivery, you pay the rider directly — we don't store card details. Digital payments are handled by secure payment providers, not stored by us.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe from our emails, at any time. Just email us and we'll help.
Data retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable measures to protect it.
Children
Dripo is not intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as Dripo evolves. We'll update the date above when we do.
