About Dripo

Dripo is a women-founded marketplace on a mission to make circular fashion a way of life in Nepal.

Our belief

One person's unused clothes can be another's treasure. So many of our wardrobes are full of barely-worn pieces collecting dust — clothing that could bring real joy, and real value, to someone else. Dripo exists to set those pieces free.

How it started

Dripo began with our founder, Prabhabi. Like so many of us, she had a closet full of clothes she barely wore — pieces too good to give up on, with no simple way to pass them on. She spent three years turning the idea over before finally deciding to build it.

Buying and selling pre-loved fashion in Nepal had always meant scattered Instagram pages and endless chat threads, with no real way to trust a stranger. We wanted a kinder, simpler way to give clothes a second life — and to make mindful, less wasteful shopping something anyone could do.

What we're building

Dripo brings pre-loved fashion into one trusted place. Honest condition ratings, so you know exactly what you're getting. Local sellers, so delivery is fast and money stays in the community. Cash on delivery or digital payment, your choice. And purchase protection, so buying second-hand finally feels safe. For sellers, it's just a few photos — we handle pricing help, pickup, delivery, and a clear payout.

A way of life, not a trend

Every pre-loved piece bought is one less new garment made, and a little less waste headed for our landfills. We believe looking good, spending less, and caring for the planet can all be the same choice — and we're building Dripo to make that choice the easy one.

Made for Nepal

We're a women-founded team based in Kathmandu, building Dripo for the way Nepal actually shops. And it's for the whole country — not just the big cities, but anywhere someone has clothes to pass on or a closet to refresh.
